So my 3 books that I ordered from Amazon has arrived. I am totally amazed by these books! They are a total MUST READ!!!!
I got How to Eat, Move and be Healthy by Paul Chek
The Metabolic Typing Diet by William Wolcott
and The Power of 4 by Paula Owens.
These books are more than just eating healthy and exercising. This is HOLISTIC. This is the stuff that educates and sets you up for a life of health and rejuvenation. These are my bibles. Need I say more?
I will do an extended review on all these books later when I have finished. But I just wanted to say WOW.

those are all books I want to buy myself, please tell me what you think of them when you are done reading them. I think the next book I buy will be the Paul Chek one! Really looking forward to reading that!
I have read the Paul Chek book and it is AMAZING! The guy is a genius. Definitely recommend it! The Metabolic Typing book is good to! I'm half way through that book now. It is interesting to see how foods affect people differently and has a great scientific info backing what he says.
